          Motivation is the power that activates the engine of success, and moves people to act and do things. It is about the ways a business can encourage staff to give their best. Companies can motivate employees to do a better job than they otherwise would. Motivated staff care about the success of the business and work better.

Digital commerce may be data rich but it is often insight, and invariably, action poor. To date what has been lacking is an understanding of client motivation and personality. Digital businesses have invested heavily in improving customer engagement; in creating the personal relationship; and transforming the relevance of every interaction.
